The agaves are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours and then fermented using a proprietary yeast blend. This meticulous process results in a crystal-clear tequila that rests for two months, delivering a smooth and clean profile with subtle hints of citrus, vanilla, and sweet agave.
