Colores Santos Carménère Syrah is produced by Viña Del Nuevo Mundo from grapes grown in Chile's renowned Colchagua Valley within the Rapel region. This blend features 90% Carmenère, Chile's signature grape variety, complemented by 10% Syrah. The grapes are mechanically harvested at night to preserve freshness, then cooled before vinification. A seven-day cold maceration precedes alcoholic fermentation, enhancing color extraction and aromatic complexity. The wine represents the colorful spirit of South America with excellent value and food-friendly character.
