Consigna Chardonnay is a varietal white wine from the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla (Castile) region in Spain, produced by Félix Solís. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is fermented in stainless steel with controlled temperatures, and sees a short ageing on fine lees to give some texture. The ABV is about 12.5%. Its style is unoaked or lightly handled, intended to be fresh, fruity, and approachable.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve well chilled (8-10 °C). Pairs nicely with seafood (grilled fish, shellfish), poultry in creamy or citrus sauces, fresh salads, and fresh cheeses. Also works well as an aperitif.
