Consigna Merlot is produced by Félix Solís Avantis from carefully selected Merlot grapes grown in the Castilla-La Mancha region at 700-meter altitude with limestone and clay soils. The wine undergoes cold maceration for 3-4 days followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks for up to 8 days at never more than 25°C. This Spanish Vino de la Tierra de Castilla represents the region's well-adapted Merlot varietals, crafted to be an elegant, well-structured wine designed for immediate enjoyment.
