Consigna Sauvignon Blanc is from the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla region in Spain, under the Félix Solís portfolio. It’s made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve varietal purity. The style is unoaked, emphasising fresh fruit and a crisp, clean profile. Alcohol content is approximately
12.5% ABV.
