Consigna Tempranillo-Shiraz is produced under the
Vino de la Tierra de Castilla (Castilla-La Mancha, Spain) designation by Félix Solís Avantis. It is a blend of Tempranillo and Shiraz (Syrah), made to express ripe fruit character with balance rather than heavy oak influence. The wine comes from vines grown on soils of limestone and clay at ~700 m altitude, where warm days and cool nights help grapes ripen well while preserving acidity. The winemaking involves cold maceration (3-4 days), controlled fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (~25°C), aiming for a wine designed to be consumed young.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve at about 15-17 °C. It pairs well with grilled or roasted meats (lamb, pork), sausage dishes, hearty stews, and tomato-based sauces. Also good with tapas, mild cheeses. Decanting briefly can help open up the aromas if you have a younger vintage.
