GinRaw Gastronomic Gin is a premium gin from Barcelona, Spain. It is made by two entrepreneurs together with a chef, sommelier, perfumer, and mixologist. The distillation process is dual-stage: juniper and a grain-based neutral spirit are distilled in copper stills, while the other botanicals are macerated then separately distilled at low temperature using a Rotaval® apparatus. The final blend includes both Mediterranean botanicals (lemon peel, citron peel, laurel) and more exotic ones (kaffir lime leaves, Indian black cardamom, Egyptian coriander seeds). It is produced in small batches (≈5,000 bottles per batch) and bottled at
42.3% ABV.

Serve chilled or over large ice cubes to preserve aromatics. Excellent in a high-quality tonic (Indian or Mediterranean style), with a twist or slice of citrus (lemon or grapefruit). Also noteworthy in more delicate cocktails like a Gimlet or Bee’s Knees where its nuanced botanicals can shine. Neat or with a small splash of chilled water to open up the botanicals.
