Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy neat or with a few drops of water to open up the oak and sherry layers. Best served in a tulip or Glencairn glass at room temperature. Also pairs nicely with rich desserts (dark chocolate, fruitcake), strong cheeses, or as a contemplative dram after dinner. If mixing, consider whisky cocktails that accentuate spice and fruit (e.g. whisky old fashioned with orange twist) without overwhelming the subtle oak and sherry influence.
