Glenfiddich Perpetual Collection Vat 04 is part of a special travel retail-exclusive range that uses an always-living Solera system — a vat that's never fully emptied, ensuring a constantly evolving and layered whisky.
For Vat 04, they took 18-year-old whiskies matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon barrels and married them in a massive Solera vat, creating a whisky with deeper intensity, more dried fruits, more oak complexity, and a warming spice finish compared to the classic 18-year-old Glenfiddich.
This Perpetual Collection aims to push the traditional Glenfiddich character into bolder, richer territory, especially for travelers and collectors.
