Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is the flagship Tennessee Whiskey produced at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. It uses a mash bill of approximately 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, fermented in a sour mash process. Before aging, the spirit is filtered through about 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal in a custom process known as the Lincoln County Process, which imparts its characteristic smooth profile. It is aged in new, charred white oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve neat or with a large ice cube to appreciate its aromas and flavours. Also excellent mixed in classic whiskeys cocktails such as the Whiskey Sour, Lynchburg Lemonade, or Jack & Cola. Garnish with a twist of orange or lemon peel if desired. Pair with sweet desserts (caramel, vanilla, pecan) or rich flavours like smoky barbecue, nuts, or dark chocolate to play off its caramel and oak tones.
