Mermaid Pink Gin is a flavoured gin from Isle of Wight Distillery (UK). It builds on their signature Mermaid Gin base, using ethically-sourced botanicals including lemon zest, grains of paradise, rock samphire, and fresh strawberries. The strawberries are macerated, infusing the gin before being redistilled for a more integrated fruit profile. It has no added sugar and is crafted to deliver a vibrant pink hue naturally, with a smooth, fruity-floral style that’s lighter than many other “pink” gins.
