Mesta Verdejo White is a dry white wine from Uclés, Central Castile, Spain, produced by Bodegas & Viñedos Fontana under the Mesta label. The wine is organic, made from 100% Verdejo grapes grown at high altitude (700-900 m), under continental climate with warm days and cool nights to preserve freshness. Harvest takes place early to lock in crispness; vinification is in stainless steel with temperature control. The style leans aromatic and pure rather than oaky or heavy, emphasising varietal expression and vibrant acidity.
