Mortlach 16 Years Old (“The Distiller’s Dram”) is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Mortlach distillery in Speyside, Scotland. It was introduced in 2018 as a core 16-year-old expression, matured exclusively in sherry-seasoned oak casks (first-fill and refill sherry). The distillery also uses its signature distillation method (“2.81 times”) to build richness and depth. Mortlach 16 offers substantial body and complexity while retaining balance—rich fruit, oak, and a subtle savoury edge.

Serving Suggestions:
Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to unlock hidden layers. Use a tulip or whisky snifter glass. Pairs wonderfully with rich desserts (dark chocolate, fruit cake), strong cheeses, or smoked meats. Also good for contemplative sipping by a fire or as a signature dram for special occasions.
