Prospero Brut is a sparkling wine made by Félix Solís Avantis in the Castilla-La Mancha region of Spain. It is produced using a blend of Chardonnay, Airén, and Viura grapes. The wine is styled Brut, meaning it is relatively dry, and is made using the Charmat method (second fermentation in steel tanks), which helps preserve its fresh, aromatic character. ABV is about 11%.
