Roodeberg Classic Red Blend is a renowned South African wine crafted by KWV. This blend showcases aromatic layers of fresh red fruit, including raspberry, mulberries, and cassis, alongside hints of dark fruit and spice. The palate is well-structured and smooth, with flavors of cedary oak, dark plums, and dark chocolate, leading to a long, velvety finish. Aged for 14 months in oak, predominantly French oak, with a small percentage of American oak used for added complexity in the Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon components. Enjoy now or cellar for 5+ years to develop deeper complexity.
