Sierra Silver and Sierra Gold are two core expressions from Destilería Sierra Unidas in Jalisco, Mexico. Sierra Silver (sometimes “blanco”) is the clear, pure-agave spirit, unaged or very lightly aged, offering raw agave flavor with a spicy kick. Sierra Gold (often “reposado gold”) is aged (or partially aged) in oak to pick up golden hues, vanilla, caramel, and woody notes. Both are produced using Tequilana Weber Azul agave, with distillation techniques traditional to the region.

Serving Suggestions: Drink Silver neat or “on the rocks” to enjoy its pure agave character; great in lighter cocktails (e.g. Margarita, Paloma) where its freshness shines. Use Gold / Reposado in cocktails that benefit from warmth (e.g. Tequila Sunrise, Ranch Water), or sip it slowly after a meal. Serve at modest chill (8-12 °C) to let aroma bloom, and garnish with citrus (lime or orange) to contrast sweetness.
