Six Dogs Honey Lime Gin is a premium artisanal spirit crafted by Six Dogs Distillery in the Western Cape, South Africa. Born from a unique sustainability project, the distillery collaborated with Bee Smiths, a bee conservation company, to relocate rescued bees to their farm situated at the intersection of the Fynbos and Karoo biomes. The bees thrived in this environment, producing honey that was then incorporated into the gin, resulting in a harmonious blend of farm-grown limes and locally sourced honey. This innovative approach combines traditional gin botanicals with the distinct flavors of the region, creating a truly unique spirit.
