Stonehaven Shiraz is a dry red wine from the Limestone Coast (including Padthaway, Robe, etc.) in South Australia. Made from 100% Shiraz fruit, it often undergoes partial oak maturation (typically ~18 months for higher-end “Limited Release” bottlings). The wine is built to express bold varietal character with plush fruit, structured tannins, and regional terroir—cool nights and rich, well-draining soils help retain freshness and spice.
