Talisker Storm is a No-Age-Statement single malt Scotch whisky from the Talisker Distillery on the Isle of Skye. Launched in 2013, it’s matured in a mix of used barrels and rejuvenated (re-charred) casks. Bottled at 45.8% ABV, it pushes more aggressively toward smoke, spice and char than the Talisker 10-Year while preserving the signature briny, sea-air character of its home.

Serving Suggestions: Savor neat in a Glencairn or tulip glass to let the smoke, sea and spice evolve. A few drops of water may mellow sharp edges and bring out citrus or wood notes. Pair with smoked or grilled seafood (e.g. smoked salmon, grilled prawns), barbecue meats, dark chocolate, or strong cheeses. Also works well with hearty stews or simply as an evening dram by the fire.
