Tilia Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine made in Mendoza, Argentina. It is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards in East and Central Mendoza, and is produced with sustainable/organic practices. The wine is fermented in stainless steel, then aged for about six months in French and American oak barrels to add complexity. It typically has an alcohol content around 13-13.5% ABV.
